Strange storms of yellow dust are sweeping across Algiers and the surrounding area. Samir covers the phenomenon for his newspaper. As he observes the appearance of supernatural events, his girlfriend Fajar leaves him and Yacine, his doctor nephew, begins to hear the dead. Faced with increasingly menacing storms, Samir must unravel a past that haunts him.
